Anna Kelermenou is a Visual Artist. She was born in Veria, having parentage from Distomo of Viotia and grew up in Katerini, Greece. She pursued her studies at the Faculty of Fine and Applied Arts of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, under the supervision of professor Ioannis Fokas. In 2012 she graduated magna cum laude. She has participated in Solo and Group Exhibitions in Thessaloniki, Katerini and Athens, whilst she has worked in the field of Creative Education and Special Needs Education, in elementary and secondary structures, implementing interdisciplinary teaching methods. Furthermore, she has worked as a project writer and trainer in European Youth Training programs (Youth in Action, Council of Europe), organizing Fine Arts, History of Art and Aesthetic of Art workshops.
Additionally, she has been involved in the Melodramatic Field of Arts as an artist and choir member, supporting Theater and Opera Plays with Scenic Art, Concept Costume Design and Artistic Direction/Consultation.
Besides fine art studies, she has studied classical flute with professor Dieter Voght and classical singing with professor Marina Voulogianni. She currently pursues her second Master degree, in Political Science and Art.
She has been a member of the Philharmonic Orchestra of Katerini and the choir of Pierian Muses and has participated in numerous concerts.
Her second nature evolves around road cycling, as she competes nationally in the women’s Elite division, for "Atlas Rethymnou" cycling team, under the training supervision of Georgios Varverakis. During the racing season of 2018-2019, she won the time trial cup in the Northern Greece Championship, attained second place in endurance, an eighth place in Tour of Thisia, as well as numerous distinctions in interclub races.
